Parties and subject

The seller is the company identified above. The buyer is the natural or legal person purchasing a Dolphy subscription.

The subject of the agreement is the provision of the Dolphy subscription service ordered electronically and the payment of its price.

The service and its price

The service is an AI customer assistant and operations panel delivered as software; there is no physical delivery.

Plans and current prices are published in the pricing section of the site.

Payment and performance

Payment is made at the start of the subscription period.

Performance begins when the account is opened after payment is received. The time needed for setup and knowledge base preparation is communicated to the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

Where the buyer is a consumer, distance contracts carry a fourteen-day right of withdrawal as a rule.

However, under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance begins immediately with the buyer's consent, nor to services supplied instantly in electronic form. A buyer who approves opening the account and starting the service is deemed to accept this exception.

Buyers purchasing Dolphy for commercial or professional purposes are not consumers, so these provisions do not apply to them; their relationship is governed by the Terms of Use.

Disputes

Where the buyer is a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds.

Otherwise the courts and enforcement offices of Gaziantep, Türkiye have jurisdiction.
