What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a site. Sites use them to keep a session open, remember preferences or measure usage.

What this site uses

The cookies in use are strictly necessary, for visit statistics, or for ad measurement:

• Session cookie: created only when you sign in to the operations panel, and it keeps you signed in. It ends when you sign out.
• Language preference: remembers which language you are browsing in.
• Chat session: a random id that ties your widget conversation together. It is not a cookie; it lives in your browser's localStorage and is not sent to the server as an identifier.
• Measurement cookie: Google Analytics (GA4) counts visitors and page views. This cookie is written only if you allow it in the cookie banner; if you decline, Google receives a cookieless, identifier-free signal instead.
• Advertising cookies: Google Ads and the Meta pixel measure whether an ad click turned into a contact. They are written only if you accept in the cookie banner. If you accept and leave an email address in a form, an irreversible SHA-256 digest of it is sent to Google and Meta for matching; the plain address is never sent. Also only with your permission, a random visitor ID (dolphy_vid) is kept in your browser's local storage and sent to Meta for matching.
• Ad click record (dolphy_attr): if you arrived from an ad, the click ID and campaign tags the ad platform added to the address are kept for 90 days. It contains no name, email or phone number.

Third parties

Fonts are served from our own server; no request goes to a third party such as Google Fonts, so your IP address is not exposed for that purpose.

Google Analytics and Google Ads are used for measurement and the Meta pixel for ad measurement; the data collected goes to Google's and Meta's servers (outside Turkey) and is subject to those companies' own terms.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents signing in to the operations panel; the marketing pages keep working.

You can remove the chat id from local storage by clearing the site's data in your browser. The measurement cookie can be blocked from your browser settings or with Google's browser add-on; the site keeps working normally.
