For businesses running Dolphy with their own customers, the business is the controller of customer data and Dolphy acts as a processor.

Personal data processed

• Transaction security data: session id, page address, referring address, server logs.
• Contact data: name, phone or email, only where you share it yourself in chat or on WhatsApp.
• Customer transaction data: chat content, the request record created and its reference code.

Purposes

• Handling requests and complaints and answering questions.
• Responding to demo requests submitted as part of product marketing.
• Running information security processes and preventing abuse.
• Operating, measuring and improving the service.

Legal basis

Where processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract it relies on article 5/2-c of the law; otherwise it relies on the legitimate interest of the controller under article 5/2-f, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. How data is collected

Data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the chat interface and contact channels on this site.

Transfers

Under article 11 of the law you may:

• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis.
